Administrative Reports
Administrators have access to the same reports as users, but can view reports for individuals, agencies/organizations, or the entire state. |  View Reflexx

Administrators can also view reports for CDC risk categories and for local Community Planning Group risk categories. |
The following reports are standard for EvaluationWeb XPEMS:
- CDC Indicator Report
- Reflexx – allows users to create customized reports
- Geomapping Report – geographic view of client demographic information by zip code or county
- Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Narrative Report – reports from contractors can be uploaded to EvaluationWeb XPEMS. Contract monitors and contractors can dialogue about the narrative report via associated blog. Reports can be printed at any time.
The following are examples of reports that have been added to EvaluationWeb XPEMS at the request of clients. These reports and more can be added to your EvaluationWeb XPEMS system at no charge.
- Percent-to-Goal Report – allows administrators to track progress and compare real time numbers to targeted goals
- CTRPN Report – summary report of HIV Counseling and Testing data for sponsoring agency, intervention, or program
- Client Session Summary Report – tracks clients’ progress within a specified intervention
- Client Summary Statistics Report – report breaks out aggregated client demographic information, client enrollment, client contacts, and client materials distribution by intervention type or program
- Human Effort Report – tracks man-power hours per client session
- Supervisors Report – tracks date of most recent client contact and date when most recent client contact was recorded
